Taling Ngam Resort, Koh Samui

Taling Ngam is a resort masterplan on sloping seafront land on the west coast of Koh Samui. The central problem was positioning each villa for a sea view while disturbing the existing ground levels as little as possible.

Our engineering scope covered the structural design of the guest villas, reception building, swimming pools and sports facilities, along with retaining walls and slope drainage designed to prevent landslides during the rainy season.

A phased BOQ was also prepared so the owner could plan cash flow from the outset.
