Three-dimensional structural analysis of a six-storey condominium, checked for wind and seismic loads to Thai DPT standards.
A six-storey condominium with a basement level, framed as reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs, with shear walls at the lift and stair cores to resist lateral loads.
The analysis used a full three-dimensional model of the building, checked under dead load, live load, wind and seismic actions to the standards of Thailand's Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, including a check that storey drift stayed within acceptable limits.
The results were issued as a calculation report signed by a licensed professional civil engineer for submission with the building permit application.
